Knowledge
The blue glyph represents Knowledge. This can be underpinning education and general knowledge OR can be specific knowledge. For example we firmly believe an understanding of neurophysiology and how your brain and mind work is essential to mastering your own cognition. Before you learn skills and techniques, understanding the principles underlying is essential. Learn how you learn, focus and manage your own cognition
Skills
The yellow glyph represents Skills. This encompasses tools, methodologies, planned behaviors and more. In practical terms Skills are behaviours and applying tools to achieve a particular objective. To properly leverage a tool though requires underlying knowledge, and repeated use and application through experience to ensure that competence is achieved.
Experience
The red glyph represents Experience. Experience is the wild card for many people. Time and cycles of repetition applying a body of knowledge and a given set of skills is vital in reinforcing behavioral learning and securing those skills. However to truly achieve competence, cycles of use in different contexts is required so that the individual can develop judgement about when best and how to apply a given portfolio of knowledge and skills.
