MindMapUSA provides a range of coaching options for clients. This can be provided in person or as part of a series of virtual sessions. Typically, our clients look for assistance in three main areas:
Reinforcing knowledge and skills
When a training initiative is undertaken there is typically a burst of enthusiasm then established patterns force the new behavior to be abandoned. Providing support (and reinforcing a sense of accountability to use the skills and knowledge gained) as part of the training program has been proven to secure the necessary knowledge and behavior adoption. Such coaching sessions can be provided at in person sessions or as part of web based follow up.
Supporting new application areas
Often clients will gain insight during their training activity to challenges or workflows that cannot be addressed in the available time during courses and workshops. Providing the opportunity to explore these in depth with a specific focus for that individual or team can allow specific applications of the new techniques to be applied.
Executive and leadership transition
From time to time leadership change will require the need for a new leader to the organization or someone newly promoted to be brought up to speed with the adopted skills. Ensuring that new leaders understand the change that has been introduced and the underlying rationale. Ensuring that these critical personnel are suitably prepared and empowered will reinforce the learning of the remaining team members.
